6. User Content & License
You retain ownership but grant VYBE a:
- Non-exclusive
- Worldwide
- Royalty-free license
To use, display, and distribute content within the Service.

We do not guarantee:
- Matches
- Compatibility
- Relationship outcomes
8. User Safety Disclaimer
You interact with others at your own risk.
VYBE does not conduct full background checks.
9. Payments & Subscriptions
- Some features require payment
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
- Payments processed via platform providers
Refunds follow platform rules.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

11. Intellectual Property
All platform content (excluding user content) is owned by VYBE.
